In the former medical building, VA STATYBA carried out major repair and maintenance works.
The building was built in ~1930. During the works, the former beauty of the building was restored and the authenticity was preserved. Since the building is protected by the state - it is registered in the cultural heritage register, therefore its capital repair project and all investigations were carried out extremely carefully, coordinating everything with the Department of Cultural Heritage.
The highlight of the building is not only the wooden finish of the building, but also the preserved wooden structure.

The facade is carved with new paneling, replicating the authentic pattern and color. The railings of the building's balconies have been recreated authentically with the help of old photos - unique constructions, made of rather massive pieces, according to the proportions, forming a kind of interweaving pattern.
During the capital repair and maintenance works, ⅓ of the rotten ground floor was replaced, part of the frame of the second floor was replaced, and both absolutely rotten wings were rebuilt.
Maintenance work performed: plinths, wooden floors of balconies and their canopies, balconies and terraces, log walls, ceiling beams, facade wooden paneling, windows, exterior doors, window frames, interior doors, interior wooden stairs and railings, roof gutters, roof structures and pavement restoration/repair.
After capital repair and maintenance work, the purpose of the building was changed to a hotel, and a fairly minimalist modern interior of the building was created.
Thanks to capital repairs, the building was saved from destruction and adapted to the needs of today's people
This is an object that was awarded the "Lithuanian Product of the Year 2023" gold medal.
