The construction took place in the Alytus Industrial Park, where VA STATYBA built the new factory for VIRPIL, a hardware manufacturer for computer games.

It is distinguished by clearly separated production and administrative parts, and a 27 kW solar power plant is installed on its roof.
Glass facades, a combination of wood and concrete in the interior, playful kitchens, and collaboration spaces create a bright and creative work atmosphere.
The connecting corridors between the production, storage, and administration rooms are marked with airplane runway symbols.
