The plot on which the construction works were carried out is located in the southwestern part of Vilnius, to the north of the national highway A1 Vilnius - Kaunas - Klaipėda, on the left bank of Neris
The area where the work was done has a well-developed infrastructure, i.e. nearby heating networks, electricity supply lines, water supply, domestic and surface sewage networks.
The construction was carried out in one phase. A concrete biofuel site is equipped with a technological railway (the length of the railway section is 700 m.) and a backstop, rain nets and fire water supply.
