VA STATYBA has carried out construction works in one of the blocks of the Birštonas sanatorium "Versmė", AB, a building for medical treatment. Our goal was to create a space that would meet the modern needs of treatment and recreation, ensuring not only the highest quality services, but also comfort in the building and its access for people with disabilities. The five-storey administrative block of the sanatorium, located in the Birštonas resort, has been fully adapted to meet modern requirements and has become a space that combines functionality, aesthetics and comfort.

One of the highlights of the project was the adaptation of the building to the needs of people with disabilities. The lift was replaced and modernised to accommodate all physical disabilities and the rooms were redesigned to ensure free and comfortable movement in all spaces. This is an important step towards making the sanatorium accessible to everyone.
The redesign of the premises has led to the creation of a modern conference room, which has become an excellent solution for business and leisure meetings. Professional equipment, comfortable furniture and ergonomic solutions ensure maximum comfort and functionality. In addition, comfortable and professionally designed working spaces have been created, allowing staff to provide the highest quality services. Each space has been designed to meet the needs of both work and leisure.
The newly furnished living rooms have been equipped with top quality furniture and harmonious interior design solutions that create a sense of peace and harmony. All decisions have been made with the aim of providing a suitable environment to reduce stress and relaxation. Every detail has been considered to create a space that is conducive to wellness.
The corridors have been fitted with decorative niches that enhance the feeling of luxury and exclusivity. Modern lighting solutions and functional yet elegant furniture ensure not only aesthetics but also maximum comfort. The interior design solutions create a cozy atmosphere, which is essential for both relaxation and the working environment.
All the building's engineering networks have been replaced with new ones, to ensure not only compliance with the applicable normative documents, but also the long life of the building. This ensures that the building will last for many years and is a reliable and energy efficient solution.
This project is not only a modernisation of the administrative block of the sanatorium, but also the creation of a new quality of life. With this project, we have created a space that combines comfort, functionality and aesthetic value, allowing people to recuperate and enjoy modern relaxation and treatment. We are delighted to have been able to contribute to the improvement of the infrastructure of Birštonas resort and to provide the highest quality services in this unique location.
