Administrative building and tunnel - another new facility reborn on the territory of Kaunas Clinics. It is a modern and contemporary building that improves Lithuania's health infrastructure. Although the building is not included in the register of cultural values, it is included in the visual protection zone of the Kaunas Clinics complex of buildings, which is why great attention has been paid to the architecture of the building, in order to harmoniously integrate the new building into the overall context of the Kaunas Clinics complex of new buildings and existing buildings.

The reconstruction works carried out in the former residential building, with a new tunnel, allowed the building to be connected to the existing infrastructure and the former use to be changed to an administrative use.
Approaches to the building have been redesigned and adapted for ease of use, both by car and on foot. Parking spaces, ramps and tactile surfaces have been provided for the needs of people with disabilities.
The functional relationship and functional zoning of the premises have been completely redesigned.
The reconstructed building has been designed as a single block with a rectangular shape.
The building is designed as a two-storey building with a basement. The building can accommodate a total of 76 employees at any one time.
The ground and first floors of the building are equipped with offices for IT professionals: dynamic and ergonomic workspaces, conference/training rooms and lounge areas, as well as disabled men's and women's sanitary facilities, adapted to the needs of the staff and visitors.
