It is a 5-star hotel/sleep SPA - the only one in Northern Europe, with 79 guest rooms and suites, a spa center providing the highest spa and wellness treatments, a pool and sauna complex with a terrace, indoor and outdoor children's areas, a restaurant, and a conference hall. The building is planned in such a way that only its individual parts are visible at a time, the thin lines of the wooden balconies, hidden thick ceiling elements, and the verticals of the facade make it even lighter.

The external constructions of the building are wooden. Rheinzink schiefergrau tin was used for the exterior decoration. Not only factory but also custom-made rain drainage parts are installed.
The facade of the building has many glass elements, and nonstandard skylights are installed.
The walls of the rooms are covered with textured wood of varying shades. Some of the rooms are also covered with corrugated vertical ash boards.
A friction-resistant and long-lasting carpet was selected for the floor.
The underground spa has its walls and floors covered with mosaic concrete. Wooden elements are used in the spa and pool area of the first floor.
The building is equipped with an advanced heating-cooling technology (system).
Equipped geothermal wells with a capillary heating-cooling system, which gives the possibility for control of each room as well as the recuperation system (separate for each room). Hotel spaces are managed automatically, using smart sensors.
Glass facades, a combination of wood and concrete in the Interior, playful kitchens and collaboration spaces create a bright and creative work atmosphere.
